Eco-Tourism
SIMOO is in the early stages of developing Eco-tourism. This is a very viable undertaking as it befits the community directly through tourism activities. The potential is great due to the presence of diverse wildlife, beautiful sceneries and the culture of friendly people. To implement the eco-tourism initiative, we have joined with Oloirien women to form and register Maasai Arts and Tours. From this partnership we anticipate tourism where the culture of a people brings an appreciation and compatibility with the environment.
